Our chocolate fudge is smooth, delicious and decadent. Our peanut butter fudge is rich and creamy. All of our flavors are
made with quality fresh ingredients: Land O' Lakes butter, Kraft caramels, Jif peanut butter, and locally grown Michigan cherries and fresh pecans and walnuts.

We use only natural ingredients and NO PRESERVATIVES.
Here in Crystal Lake Michigan we make our fudge the old fashioned way and visited Mackinac Island to refine our recipe. In keeping with Mackinac tradition we make each fudge batch by hand according to our secret recipes.
Every batch takes more than an hour to cook in the kettle.
Cooking our luscious fudge involves 10 separate steps in itself.
After the fudge has been cooked in our kettle we pour it into large bowls to hand mix in the nuts, fruit, or other tasty treats.
From the bowls, we carefully pour the fudge into large baking pans, which give our slab fudge a distinctive look
Correct temperature is critical to the cooking process, and our special fudge kettle insures a perfect texture for every batch.
