The Leviathan, a majestic tall ship, tumbles on the moon lit ocean in her never ending quest toward the unknown. The detail on the ship is amazingly real right down to the bolts on the closed canon port lids, and her pirate flag on the main sail. Board size is a large 24 inches wide by 16 inches tall. The planchette comes with dowel legs, nail and glue reinforced construction, and is a real treat. Located on the back of the board is an antiqued, reproduction of a map covering part of Port du Cap. Also known as Hispaniola the second largest island of the West Indies, within the Greater Antilles. During Spanish colonial times it was commonly called Santo Domingo. It measures 8.5" by 11" in size and is nicely detailed with forts, water depth, and compass.
