Anne Bonny Action Figure

Your Price: $9.95
Model Number: 1909
Anne Bonny was born Anne Cormac in County Cork, Ireland, in 1697. She was the daughter of a servant woman, Mary Brennan, and her employer, lawyer William Cormac—whose cunning wife soon discovered the affair.
Fleeing the scandal, Cormac, Brennan, and young Anne sailed across the Atlantic, to settle in Charleston, S.C.

Anne left her father's plantation to marry James Bonny, a renegade seaman and sometimes pirate. She stayed with him until meeting Calico Jack Rackham, then ran away with Calico Jack. Anne joined his ship's crew, apparently disguised as a man.

Anne proved a daring—and deadly—fighter, using a sword and pistols. During her last battle Anne and another female pirate, Mary Read, fought furiously to protect their ship while most of the male crew hid belowdecks or were incapacitated by drink.

Armed with two pistols, a cutlass, and a boarding axe, this 5-1/2" tall, hard plastic version of Anne Bonny is ready to rough up all of your boy action figures. She can kick Ken's #$%.

Read about her amazing life as a crew member aboard a pirate ship on the back of the illustrated packaging.
