Damned Games and the Cabin Fever retail store in Honor Michigan and our location and business hours.

About DamnedGames and the
Cabin Fever retail store

Cabin Fever retail store, northern Michigan in August
Our merchandise is hand selected for high amusement value and/or ability to to agitate people.
Many of our games are Games Magazine 100 winners or Mensa Select game winners. Other items are just plain weird but we really like them.

The Cabin Fever retail store in Michigand in 2002
after the success of our first store in California.
After being burned in effigy our staff unanimously voted to move 2000 miles east.
Our online store is called DamnedGames.com.
After all, we have a damned fine selection of toys and games.
We're damned happy about it. For years our parents told us to
"Pick up those damned games!"
So we did.
Andd a store with them.

DamnedGames and Cabin Fever are a family business and not a corporation. We do not answer to a board of directors, banking institution, CEO, CFO, FDA or The Illuminati.
We answer only to our customers. And our mother.
Hi Mom!

Appreciate the absurd. Laugh a lot. Find life funny ha-ha and funny strange.
To these axioms we add a sincere commitment to outstanding customer service
and an unusual selection.
Oh yes, we offer a full Espresso Bar too. There is no life without good coffee.

Cabin Fever has Moved to Honor
We finally purchased our own building. After a total renovation (thanks to Kerry and crew!) we installed the Espresso machine and Fudge kettle. Oh yes, we brought all the games, toys, stickers and other weird stuff too.

DamnedGames retail store Honor, MI

We are now easily located on U.S. Highway 31 (which is called Main Street through Honor). Just one block to the Platte River and our Coho Salmon of extra-ordinary size.

Spring is here. Sort of. True to Michigan weather, it was 50 degrees today and tomorrow there will be snow.
ng day for Steehead and Brown Trout on the Platte River was April 1st. Try your luck or laugh at people wandering through icy cold water in their waders. We have family here in Benzie county and they're all avid fishers, hunters and morel mushroom pickers. With the exception of the Morel mushroom I don't hunt for anything except matching socks.

We still have venison in the freezer from LAST year. Want some?

I digress yet again.
Platte River is crystal clear and offers fabulous fishing, canoeing, kayaking, tubing and general amusement. Steelhead, Coho Salmon, brown trout, and gorgeous wildlfe are abundant. We're 5 minutes from Platte Lake and 15 minutes from Lake Michigan.

Come visit us in the Spring and Summer. Stop by our store for a Cappuccino, Snickers Latte, or Espresso. Taste some of our famous fudge. Benzie County has miles and miles of great rivers to kayak and canoe. You'll probably see many of the native animals in our area; deer, turkey, beaver, great blue herons, bald eagles, and gorgeous birds of all kinds.
Don't forget to have our fudge handy to keep up your strength.

I like it here. You should visit.
